Wilfredo Braceras is Med-Care’s founder and president of their respective agencies. He studied high school in Cuba but about to graduate, the Cuban revolution (1959) would change his life drastically and had to leave the country in 1962. In the United States he studied Biochemistry in Austin, Texas, and in 1968 he was recruited by the US army until the end of the Vietnam War. However, under no circumstances, or stage of his life, the desire for study and professional growth has left Willy who in 1982 reached a degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. In 1984, he founded Med.Care whose motto “Our Heart is in the Home” is still a horizon after 35 years. Today, Med-Care has 1,500 direct and indirect employees who have a great impact on the number of patients that are treated daily: from 3,000 to 3,500 patients daily from Key West to Vero Beach. In diagnosis, around 200 thousand procedures a year and between 800-1000 daily deliveries at home of medicines or equipment.

Amongst other things, she possesses year of successful experience delivering best-in-class pharmaceutical services, while supervising and motivating staff members and facilitating positive relationships with a wide range of patients, third-party providers, and other partners in the healthcare community. In addition, Keilah has been consistently recognized for maintaining superior quality standards and commended for her organization, efficiency, priority management, and communication skills.
