Mr. Wilfredo Braceras / President & CEO
Wilfredo Braceras is Med-Care’s founder and president of their respective agencies. He studied high school in Cuba but about to graduate, the Cuban revolution (1959) would change his life drastically and had to leave the country in 1962. In the United States he studied Biochemistry in Austin, Texas, and in 1968 he was recruited by the US army until the end of the Vietnam War. However, under no circumstances, or stage of his life, the desire for study and professional growth has left Willy who in 1982 reached a degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. In 1984, he founded Med.Care whose motto “Our Heart is in the Home” is still a horizon after 35 years. Today, Med-Care has 1,500 direct and indirect employees who have a great impact on the number of patients that are treated daily: from 3,000 to 3,500 patients daily from Key West to Vero Beach. In diagnosis, around 200 thousand procedures a year and between 800-1000 daily deliveries at home of medicines or equipment.

Keilah Figueredo, CPhT, CDR / Director of Pharmacy Operation
Keilah Figueredo works at Med-care Infusion Services, Inc, since 2006. Keilah is a tenured and dedicated pharmacy professional with a diverse background in operational management, team building, and business development within Retail, Specialty, and Sterile/Non-Sterile Compound Pharmacy environments. Amongst other things, she possesses year of successful experience delivering best-in-class pharmaceutical services, while supervising and motivating staff members and facilitating positive relationships with a wide range of patients, third-party providers, and other partners in the healthcare community. In addition, Keilah has been consistently recognized for maintaining superior quality standards and commended for her organization, efficiency, priority management, and communication skills.

As an experienced team leader working within the home medical equipment industry, Ivonne Sotto is able to bring our organization efficiency, customer satisfaction, accountability, responsibility and pride. She were looking for longevity and stability with a company like Med-Care DME Services who looks for dedication and proven results in their employees. Ivonne is responsible for all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, Human Resources, administration and sales for the South branch of the home medical equipment division.
